“If you ever consider making a real estate purchase or refinance, ProMatrix is your solution. I must say this has been the smoothest refinancing of my life. The level of professionalism and care by Artin was extraordinary. Every step of the transaction was very well explained and it was fully transparent. I was impressed by the level of attention to the details by Artin. I was glad to finally work with someone that I do not have to chase after and trust that everything will get done swiftly and with no pushy sales tactics. Not only that, the speed of the transaction was impressive, I would get out of work every day and would get a list of things that were done and few documents to overview and submit. The entire loan took around 2 weeks with just $1000 out of pocket and minimum closing cost, not to mention 200ks of savings over the life of the loan from 4.325 to 3.625 APR.
